All fees paid to bizMatters360 are non-refundable, as many services require upfront payment to third-party vendors, government agencies, or processing platforms. Once submitted, those costs are unrecoverable.

 

2. Subscription Services
You may cancel your bizMatters360 subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be incurred after the effective date of cancellation. Access to services will continue until the end of the billing period.

 

3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
